‘OPTIMISM’ depicts the heart of an open red rose with the light falling diagonally across the flower. Half of the rose is in shadow and the other half in light. All of the diverse shapes of the petals are shown. Roses can sometimes be as complex as humans. Held in a private collection. Not for sale.
